My recent stay at Odelya Hotel & Naturgarten Basel City was a delightful blend of tranquility and city life. The heritage-listed building, dating back to 1860, exudes charm and history, while the new building extension offers modern comforts. The lush wild garden, home to over 50 tree species, provided a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly and efficient staff, who promptly offered us local transportation cards to explore Basel at ease.The spacious and clean room with wooden furniture and green accents ensured a cozy and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet at the new AYLEDO restaurant, where we savored the delicious variety of artisan cuisine and Swiss wines. The evening dinners with musical accompaniment were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind in the atmospheric ambience overlooking the wintry park.The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the thoughtful pet amenities available to the impeccable housekeeping service. The staff even provided us with tips on leisure activities in Basel, enhancing our overall experience. Whether relaxing on the garden benches or exploring the city's sights, Odelya Hotel & Naturgarten Basel City catered to all our needs, offering a perfect balance of serenity and excitement for a memorable stay.
